Rochas Okorocha:- Representative condemn INEC over race abrogation, pronounces self victor

Imo State senator, Rochas Okorocha, has scrutinized the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for proclaiming the governorship races in the state uncertain.

The INEC Returning Officer of the State, Professor Oye Ibidapo-Obe, declared on Sunday, April 12, 2015 that the surveys were uncertain due to a few inconsistencies in the voter number.

The senator however dismisses the choice and announced himself victor of the races.

Okorocha communicated the supposition while
addressing columnists on Monday, April 13. He said:

"The appointive demonstration has discussed enrolled voters and in the workings of that demonstration and in the soul of the law, you can't not make utilization of number of enlisted voters, you need to make utilization of number of PVC gathered."

Prior to the races were proclaimed uncertain, Okorocha was ahead of the pack with 385,071 votes as against his rival, Emeka Ihedioha's 306,142 votes.
