The Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese, Most Rev. Paulinus Ezeokafor, has safeguarded President Muhammadu Buhari's late arrangements, saying the President's decisions were all together.

The pastor exhorted Igbo government officials to seek after a cause that would advantage the general population's consensus and not advance narrow minded hobbies.

"Abstain from seeking after individual respects and work for more prominent else's benefit of the general population. The general population of the South-East ought to go past political arrangements and individual interests and concentrated more on aggregate welfare of the general population," he said

The pastor likewise exhorted legislators to concentrate on the enthusiasm of their kin as opposed to seeing their decisions as a parkway to enhance themselves to the burden of their kin.
