He further claimed that the gathering is wanting to utilize the military request reports when conveyed to upturn the Supreme Court judgment.

Couple of months back, the military had constituted a board of investigation into the operations of its authorities in the governorship race, after the APC claimed that the military schemed with the Peoples Democratic Party to fix the race to support Fayose.

"They went to Kaduna and after all entries, they need to now come up and say that military fixed Ekiti race.

"They are discharging their report soon and they need to return and say that, knowing completely that the military report holds no water in law, the lawyer General of the country or different offices of the Federal Government will need that report uncovered and that will be issued in Kaduna at whatever time from now.

"They need to utilize that and approach the Supreme Court to survey its position which is not known not," he asserted.
