An Egyptian court sentenced two officers with the mystery police to five years in jail on Saturday for pounding the life out of a detained attorney, the second such decision in a week.

The two officers, a lieutenant colonel and chief with the He had been hung on suspicion of having a place with the Muslim Brotherhood development, which the military had expelled from force in 2013.

Both litigants had been discharged on safeguard over the span of the trial and it was not clear when they would be confined. They can claim the decision.

The decision came two days after another court sentenced an officer to five years in jail for pounding the life out of a detainee in a police headquarters.
